Managed cluster Response rule page does not show federated webhook configuration #1342

Current Behavior

Federate Response rule view page is not showing webhook configuration on managed cluster.

Create federate webhook and response rule on master cluster
Join managed cluster to master
Check federate response rule from managed, which does not show webhook enabled for this response rule

Expected Behavior

webhook configuration should be shown as standalone cluster
