The unmaintained log4j:1.2.17 will trigger critical CVE alerts during container image scanning. Updating the dependency to a secure alternative (reload4j or standard Logback) is recommended.

Description
Fix #1276
Added the log4j reconfiguration for the log format in the scala for runtime switch.
The environment variable is the same as controller's - NV_LOG_FORMAT
Test
Set the environment variable NV_LOG_FORMAT as json | string | plain. Start the web server and observe the manager log format
