…or R9087 lambda locks Root cause: run 41701566692 hygiene failed deploy/ci/test-bump.sh 32/36. R9087 recorded the csv Cargo.lock (db7e387e) with a non-sync tree_change but no retained version_sync_base, and reworded the regression-ops, regression, lambda-worker and s1-proposal tree_change so it no longer matches SYNC_RECORD, so just bump refused to bring the Lambda locks along. Fix (SNAPSHOT.json only, no lock bytes or hashes change), via the owning commands: lambda-workspaces.sh snapshot-sync-base deploy/lambda/csv/rust/Cargo.lock cb875c0 lambda-workspaces.sh snapshot-refresh <4 locks> with the standard sync-record reason Verified x86 xbabe2: fast-lane hygiene RC=0 (test-bump 56/56), tools/security-lane.sh RC=0, check_evidence_exclusions PASS (472), snapshot-check 96/96. Run 41707964561 on 9986dae: rust-test (3) on xbabe1-ci hit 8 nextest 240s per-test TIMEOUTs (feat-math advanced_v3_fitted_cpp, cumulative_integration_v2, finite_difference_v2 x3, golden x3) while xbabe1 carried load 15+ from other lanes; the same slice passed in 16 min on xbabe1-ci in runs 41690638984 and 41701566692. Pin slice 3 to the native xbabe2-full jope-ci lane (cargo-target lane "full" is already supported). No test, timeout or partition changes. Approved-by: Jepson (t264u, 2026-11-03 12:47 MST): if rust-test shard 3 times out on xbabe1-ci again, move it to xbabe2 in ci.yml as a RED fix.
