Assert the smoke run moves the Gate 0 counters. - #115

The queries-per-second smoke test checks that the Redline delta records checksum bytes, leaf rebuilds, and a row get or SQL decode. SQLite carries no counter snapshot. There is no queries-per-second threshold and the smoke scale is unchanged. Claim: AGENT_CHAT.md 2026-09-24T20:40Z bench/qps-counter-smoke. Smoke-run counter assertions. Required, audit, official parity, evidence guard, and packaging succeeded on 4e22bdb. No SQL or durability change.

Summary
The queries-per-second smoke test now checks the Redline counter delta from that run. Checksum bytes and leaf rebuilds are non-zero, and either a relation get or a SQL row decode moved. SQLite still has no counter snapshot. There is no queries-per-second threshold. The smoke scale stays 64 accounts, 256 events, 40 reads, and 8 updates. The bench job still does not open Postgres.
