The 88 skip-list entries that were still marked deferred are closed. The corpus script passes; that is not a wire-protocol claim. docs/beyond-postgres-skips.md now matches the empty failed_cases list and the 12 declared rejections. The nine partial SQLite ledger rows stay partial and name what the 2445-case corpus does not cover. Generated README blocks are unchanged. Claim: AGENT_CHAT.md 2026-09-25T09:00Z docs/parity-record. Skip list and docs now match the 265/265 gate and the 12 declared rejections. No SQL change. Required, audit, official parity, evidence guard, and packaging succeeded on 71899f6.
