Claim: AGENT_CHAT.md 2026-09-25T20:05Z fix/txn-drop-row-locks.

Dropping an open transaction aborts it and releases the row locks it still holds. Commit and rollback already drain those locks before the transaction closes, and that order stays. An early return from commit, before that drain, uses the same drop path. Record bytes and durability stay the same. No speed ratio is claimed.

Acceptance: cargo test -p redlinedb-kernel --offline --test engine_tests row_lock_is_released

Commit and rollback already drain those locks before the transaction closes. Drop now aborts an unclosed transaction and unlocks anything still held, including when commit returns before that drain. Record bytes and durability are unchanged.

Required checks are green on 3f135c7. Dropping an open transaction aborts it and releases row locks that commit and rollback already drain on the normal path.
