Summary

  • README: platform badge covers Android and iOS, a TestFlight join button sits next to the APK download, the install section gets iPhone steps, and the roadmap marks the iOS build shipped
  • docs/install.md: full iPhone TestFlight walkthrough (no invite needed), split updating instructions per platform
  • iosApp/README.md: the manual "create the Xcode project" steps are replaced with the actual xcodegen layout and the CMP plist requirements; TestFlight link and app name recorded
  • CLAUDE.md: status reflects iOS on TestFlight with the scheduled refresh workflow

Test plan

  • No em dashes in the touched docs (repo docs voice)
  • Links verified: TestFlight join URL, TestFlight App Store listing, releases page
  • Docs-only change; CI is the backend/android suite which is unaffected

The README, install guide, iOS README, and CLAUDE.md now present both
channels: the Android APK from GitHub Releases and the iPhone public
TestFlight beta (testflight.apple.com/join/fAuhRHU8). The stale manual
Xcode setup steps in the iOS README are replaced with the actual
xcodegen project layout, and the roadmap reflects the shipped iOS build
with the MapKit map and push wiring as the next items.
