docs: iOS is live on public TestFlight - #78

The README, install guide, iOS README, and CLAUDE.md now present both channels: the Android APK from GitHub Releases and the iPhone public TestFlight beta (testflight.apple.com/join/fAuhRHU8). The stale manual Xcode setup steps in the iOS README are replaced with the actual xcodegen project layout, and the roadmap reflects the shipped iOS build with the MapKit map and push wiring as the next items.
