Add support for fetching Remote Config by context key in both Android and iOS native layers. Introduce `remote_config` and `remote_config_default` functions to retrieve configuration data, including payload and assignment metadata. Update the Rust module to include new types and error handling for invalid context keys. Enhance the README with usage examples and clarify the behavior of the Remote Config feature. Add tests to ensure proper handling of initialization and context key validation.
