Backlog quality-of-life #17 and #18.

  • Notification (notify.rs, tauri-plugin-notification, backend only): when a notes job ends and the main window is minimised, hidden or not focused. "Notes ready · <title>" or "Notes could not be written · <title> — "; nothing for a user's Stop. Title only, never transcript or notes.
  • First run fit: the Summaries row asks summary_room — extended here with the Verdict (on GPU / spills / no room) and the card's total — rather than adding a second near-identical command. On this machine qwen3:14b reads "fits on the graphics card — 10.1 GiB of 15.6 GiB".
  • Gallery: first-run-model-too-big; first-run-report shows the fit. Also fixes a scenario directory string that had lost its backslashes.

Rebased onto #53–#55 (version taken as 0.37.0 → 0.38.0).

Not verified live: the notification popping up (another session's dev build was running, so a second TRACE could not be started here). Check after pnpm update-app.

/verify green.

… model fits, and v0.38.0

Notes finish minutes after a meeting, usually with the user in another
app. When the main window is minimised, hidden or not focused, Windows
now says so, naming the meeting, or why the notes could not be written;
not for a stop the user made.

First run's Summaries row asks summary_room, which now also says where
the model would load and how big the card is, so a model too big for the
machine is found there rather than by the first meeting's notes.
