A themed menu (ContextMenu.tsx) rather than a native one, which could not wear a retro theme or show in the gallery. Shown in the top layer, so a transformed ancestor cannot misplace it, while it still inherits the shell's theme. Keyboard: menu key and Shift+F10, arrows, Home/End, Escape back to where focus was. Flips at the window's edges. On library meetings, search results, note tags, note sections and the sidebar's Mini window.
