Keep React Router compatible with documented Node 20

For developers following the Node 20+ requirement in README.md:119, this upgrade moves the application outside its documented runtime support: the updated lockfile declares React Router 8.3.0 requires Node >=22.22.0, whereas 7.17.0 supported Node 20. This produces an EBADENGINE warning on normal Node 20 installs and prevents installs when engine checking is enforced; either retain a Node-20-compatible React Router release or update the documented and configured minimum Node version.
