Stuck stopping units

I'm trying to set up colmena to deploy to my nixos server on hetzner. It builds and pushes the config just fine, but then seems to get stuck indefinitely on:

node0 🕚 10m stopping the following units: network-addresses-enp7s0.service, network-addresses-eth0.service, network-setup.service, systemd-sysctl.service, systemd-tmpfiles-resetup.service, systemd-zram-setup@zram0.service

Running into this as well, gah.

Bumping this despite this repo appearing mostly unmaintained, in the hopes that someone might see it and take pity on us haha.
