When using colmena apply --reboot, one or more nodes remain stuck with the message:

Even though the target system appears to have rebooted successfully and is reachable via SSH independently.

Expected behavior:
Colmena should detect that the node has rebooted and continue the deployment, rather than hanging indefinitely.
Environment:
Colmena version: 0.4.0
OS: NixOS
Affected node(s): e.g. dns-int-se-01
Command: colmena apply --on @dns-machine --reboot
SSH: IP-based, no DNS resolution issues
Additional context:
The target host is reachable via SSH while Colmena is hanging
Other nodes reboot and resume fine
No firewall or networking changes during deployment
Systemd logs indicate that reboot happened cleanly
