What

This PR only changes the version and the README. It is the release commit for Kōrero 1.45.0: everything merged since v1.43.0, PRs #1 to #4.

• Version 1.44.0 → 1.45.0 in Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock and tauri.conf.json.
• The README's current version now points at the v1.45.0 release notes.
• New README lines under Meetings:
  • On a call or in the room (feat: choose On a call or In the room before Record (B3, D-009) #3)
  • Separate speakers (feat: separate speakers in a meeting's microphone recording (D-007) #2)
  • Notes for long meetings read the whole meeting (fix: bring 1.44 (long-meeting notes, audio-brief engine, wasapi 0.25) onto main #4)
  • The audio brief fix (fix: bring 1.44 (long-meeting notes, audio-brief engine, wasapi 0.25) onto main #4)

Why 1.45.0 and not 1.44.0

• 1.44 was never released.
• The work on main is the 1.45 plan (D-007, D-009).
• The unsigned 1.44.0 test build on the laptop will be offered the signed release by the updater.

Evidence

• cargo check --locked: exit 0. The tree is clean after the check.
• gitleaks on all refs: no leaks, 929 commits scanned.
• Personal-data scan of the added lines and the commit message: 0 hits.
• Commit author and committer are the GitHub noreply address.
• Real use of the installed 1.44.0 build (same code as main) on legion, since 17 Oct:
  • two meetings recorded "In the room": 94 min (3 speakers found) and 38 min (1 found);
  • notes written for both;
  • nothing in the log at ERROR, and only the known en-NZ fallback notice at WARN.

After merge

The signed build comes from main using the release kit (step A), and is installed on legion before publishing. Then the tag v1.45.0 and the published release (step B).
