Nice to have a first set up.
I guess the first few columns can be left out, such as thema, es, effect, and reductie_x.
Are columns chemistry - macronutrient added to quantify the effect on OBI indicators?

A couple of the first columns can indeed be omitted. I left them in for now to retain the structure of the original table as I wasn't sure which columns you are going to use/fill-in.
