Fixes four of the five open Dependabot alerts in the docs site's package-lock.json. Refs #330.

braces 3.0.3 (alert #90) is the newest release and has no fix. It stays open, so #330 stays open too.

Verification

  • make docs-build passes. npm ls --all reports no invalid trees.
  • Built site compared with a build from main: all HTML is identical once the runtime~main.<hash>.js name is normalized, and the concatenated CSS has the same SHA-1.
  • The site is too small for Docusaurus to start its worker pool, so I forced it with DOCUSAURUS_SSG_WORKER_THREAD_COUNT=2. The pool ran two tasks on tinypool 2.2.0 and the output was identical again.
  • tinypool 2.2.0 requires Node ^20 || >=22, which matches .nvmrc (20).

…antics

Override tinypool to ^2.1.2 (GHSA-85c8-ppgw-ccpr, GHSA-5gmw-xhrv-c9v3)
and postcss-selector-parser to ^7.1.6 (GHSA-rj75-hqrm-r3gf), since
Docusaurus and cssnano pin the vulnerable majors. Refresh
http-cache-semantics to 4.3.0 (GHSA-ch52-4w7c-c8xp) within range.

The docs build output is unchanged apart from the runtime chunk hash,
including a build forced through the tinypool worker pool.

braces 3.0.3 (GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm) has no patched release yet.
