Media controls via quick settings/keyboard doesn't work with app

### What happens

1. Play a playlist
2. Press next song button on keyboard/quick settings
3. The player always skips the song and plays the one after. E.g. songs A, B, C, D, if you press skip on keyboard/quick settings whilst listening to A it skips to C, not B
