Defines one proposed, standalone detached receipt contract for native v2 standing over explicitly supplied verified history. This is design only; implementation completeness and A-003/A-019 remediation are not claimed.

Central invariants:

• Immutable G closes verification/replay, explicit expectation, selector and v2 semantics; I_G binds retained history identity, independent external key, expectation and claim.
• Separate context/result identities commit to complete native outcomes, including inheritance, typed failures, traces and blockers.
• Parsed receipts remain inert. Acceptance requires trusted verification/replay, rederivation and exact byte matching from independently supplied retained inputs.
• Serialization adds no authority. Magpie remains optional and standalone.

ADR-0008 supplies coordinate/outcome doctrine; ADR-0009 separates verification from checkpoint expectation; ADR-0010 supplies selected verification/external-root rules. No existing doctrine is overridden.

Encoding: purpose-built typed deterministic JSON with fixed declaration/collection order; no generic JCS/RFC 8785 layer.

No runtime, event format, CLI, MCP, writer, dependency or external-repository code changed. Currentness, v4 closure, authority origins, admission, acquisition and host integrations remain out of scope.

Validation: final diff/scope and internal links checked; git diff --check passed; vector lengths/hashes independently verified with Python/OpenSSL; binding mutation checks passed. Existing release-metadata check stopped because cargo is unavailable; Rust tests were not run.

Owner review remains required for the proposed profile/encoding composition and unique typed-assertion selector gate. No additional unresolved semantic blocker is asserted.
