Deletes point-in-time handoffs, completion summaries, and three empty files identified as stale by the 2026-08-07 workspace document inventory. History preserves everything. Durable references (gnu-direction-semantics, ACTIVEPLAY_MOVES state machine, ADR-001, MAT-FORMAT-SPEC, dated 2025-10 fix records) untouched.
