Update not working?

Hiya!

I love markdown-toc, but currently the 'update' function does not seem to be working. Its keypress gets bound correctly, but nothing happens :(

Toggle to dispose/reinstate does the trick, but update would be nicer :)

0.4.2 running on atom 1.32.2

I came to this repo because of this issue. Since there's a ton of old open issues and no recent commits, I've moved to this alternative and don't have issues with keyboard shortcuts: https://github.com/mcpride/atom-mdtoc
