[Bug]:Sodium 0.8.12 and simple clouds incompatibility

Describe the Bug

when using sodium (0.8.12), if you fly above the clouds, the world render overrides the cloud render and looks like it has a hole.

Steps to Reproduce

1. have both simple clouds and sodium 0.8.12 installed
2. fly above the clouds, but not so high that the world stops rendering
3. look down
4. See error

i deleted sodium extra, so the actual issue was sodium, with only simple clouds and DH it works flawlessly
