HIGH. The integrator gates only on required checks; E2E/Playwright failures ship silently (the passband config literally says "ignore them"). A real regression caught only by E2E never reaches the operator. Fix: integrator logs nonRequiredFailures per PR into results; post-run summary enumerates them with failing test names. Pair with the config change to "treat E2E as a logged warning," not invisible.
