Summary

Sway shortcut failures previously went to stderr without a reliable log. Save wrapper stderr to $XDG_STATE_HOME/local-wisper/sway.log, defaulting to ~/.local/state/local-wisper/sway.log, with command timestamps and nonzero exit codes.

Create new logs with private permissions, preserve transcript stdout and command exit status, and continue if the log cannot be created. Document the log locations and wrapper installation requirement.
