Add animated terminal demo to homepage

Why

The landing page explains what rc can do, but it does not show the product flow directly. Adding a compact terminal demo makes the three connection modes easier to understand before a reader gets to the feature list.

What Changed

• add a new TerminalDemo homepage section that animates the terminal, screen sharing, and Cursor flows
• wire the demo into the main landing page layout
• add a reusable blinking cursor style used by the demo states

Testing

• bun run lint
• bun test
• bunx tsc --noEmit
• cd website && bunx tsc --noEmit
• cd website && bun run build

Risks / Follow-ups

• the demo is static marketing UI, so the main risk is timing and presentation polish rather than product behavior
• Next.js reports an existing workspace-root warning because both the repo root and website/ contain lockfiles; the build still succeeds
