Added support for f_0 for PSS with additive nonsmoothness.
I.e., for PSS of the form of xdot = f _0 + f_nonsmooth, for f_nonsmooth = f_i if x in R_i, this avoids multiplication of f_0 with Filippov multipliers and reduces nonlinearity, and thus improves convergence,.
