Add evalarc verify for saved evaluation, repetition and comparison reports. Recompute aggregate claims from all required JSON inputs, fingerprint the checked bytes, and distinguish consistent evidence from fully resolved task results.
Reads and attempt inventories are bounded; ambiguous JSON, non-finite values, symlinks and special files are rejected. Suite-level gates, JUnit, HTML and producer authentication remain explicitly outside this command. Version 0.7.0 adds bilingual documentation, a web entry point and an installed-wheel CI check with an empty PATH.
Validation: 229 tests; Ruff lint/format; desktop/mobile browser evidence checks; installed wheel verifies all four archived examples with no runtime tools and rejects a modified summary.
