The new outreach receipt repeated the X post's unsupported claim that physics states were bitwise identical. The existing verifier compares saved state/action arrays numerically; it does not compare full simulator state or floating-point bit patterns.
Correct the receipt, link to the existing comparison scope, keep render-hash and policy-input counts separate, and distinguish the repository correction from an unposted X correction. Preserve the external thread URL and submission history.
Validation: checked against the existing stress comparison documentation and verified repeat aggregate; local links and git diff --check pass. Documentation-only change.
