Summary

Swap git deps (kura, nova, seki) to Hex versions
Add {hex, [{doc, #{provider => ex_doc}}]} config
Update app.src: license to Apache-2.0, add GitHub link

Test plan

rebar3 compile succeeds with Hex deps
Verify rebar3 hex build produces valid package
Tag a release and confirm {vsn, "git"} resolves correctly
