Converts .blk files to html

NOTE: This last worked on a 32-bit install of Linux, back in 2001. 
      Needs to be ported to something more recent.

Usage
-----

To output first "make" program then "make blkhtml" to output htmls from .blk file.

To change .blk file edit BLKFILE in loop.sh.
