Fix Authorship and Package Details

Changes:

setup.py

• Changed authorship and email back to the original - I put my own package on PyPI to publish and test the Python 3x/Pytorch 2x build. Will be taking down or archiving that package soon as the main repo seems to be back in active development.
• Made the file point to the original repo again.
• Update the package name back to "EchoTorch" instead of the name of the package I had on PyPI.
