Commits: collected via GraphQL repository.refs(refPrefix:"refs/heads/") + history(since:, until:) across all 748 branches of those 44 repos — not just default branches. De-duplicated by SHA; every branch containing a commit is listed.
Force-push detection: ⚠️/orgs/nsheaps/audit-log returned 404 Not Found (token lacks org-admin scope / org not on GitHub Enterprise), so the report fell back to the repository events API. That fallback is also degraded: this token's PushEvent payloads expose only before/head/ref/push_id — the documented forced and size fields are absent. Rewrites were therefore inferred by running GET /repos/{repo}/compare/{before}...{head} on all 459 in-window push events: ahead = fast-forward, diverged or behind = history rewritten. Result: 59 diverged + 8 behind = 67 rewrites in 17 repos.
Lost / Added counts are behind_by / ahead_by from those same compare calls, summed when a branch was rewritten more than once. Pre-rewrite trees were reachable via the before SHA at collection time, but GitHub may garbage-collect them — linked before SHAs are not guaranteed to resolve indefinitely.
Event-API truncation: ⚠️ The events API caps at ~300 events per repo; 10 repos hit that cap. In 9 of them the oldest returned event predates the window, so nothing in-window was lost. The exception is ai-mktpl, whose oldest available event is 7:49 AM ET — branch create/delete and push events before 7:49 AM in that repo are not represented, so its force-push and branch-activity counts are a lower bound. Its commit data is unaffected (sourced from GraphQL).
PRs / issues: gh pr list --state all and gh issue list --state all (limit 200/repo), filtered to updatedAt inside the window. tilt has issues disabled and was skipped for issues only; no repo returned 404.
CI: GET /repos/{repo}/actions/runs?created=2026-08-08 — 1,396 runs in window. startup_failure is counted alongside failure. Job-level logs for .ai-agent-henry's failing runs are unavailable because those runs report total_count: 0 jobs — which is itself the diagnostic (the failure is at workflow load, before any job is created).
Condensation applied to fit GitHub's 65,536-character issue-body limit. Nothing was excluded from the counts, only merged in the display: (a) the 12:04 PM fleet-wide [org-settings]/[sync] sweep (106 commits across all 44 repos) is reported once in its own section instead of 44 times; (b) all commits by one bot in one repo merge into a single row (latest SHA, count, top message families); (c) create/delete pairs for a ref share a row; (d) repeated rewrites of a branch by one actor share a Force Push row; (e) the 31 bot-only repositories share one summary table; (f) merged renovate/automation PRs appear as linked PR numbers. Every commit by a human or coding agent is listed individually.
Branch names are rendered as inline code; every SHA, PR number and issue number is a markdown link. In commit tables the branch is shown only when the commit is not on the repository's default branch.

De-duplicated by SHA; every branch containing a commit is listed./orgs/nsheaps/audit-logreturned 404 Not Found (token lacks org-admin scope / org not on GitHub Enterprise), so the report fell back to the repository events API.
