nsheaps/private-pages — Deploy failed on main at 01:58 ET (run 33295855659): the Build job's "Run quality gate" step failed and Deploy to GitHub Pages was skipped. ci.yml and update-screenshots.yml also failed on the same push. The site was not published for #45.
nsheaps/cept — CI failed on main twice (01:35, 18:36). Failing jobs: E2E Tests and Capture Screenshots. Both merges (#288, #289) landed on a red main.
nsheaps/cors-proxy — CI failed on main at 22:31 ET (run 33350954110) on the "Commit auto-fixes if any" step of Lint & Typecheck; Build was skipped. The auto-fix bot then pushed d78915e to the already-deletedrenovate/major-github-actions branch instead of main — the fix never reached the default branch.

No old commit trees were garbage-collected — every before SHA still resolved.
PR/issue discovery: gh search prs / gh search issues scoped to --owner nsheaps over 2026-08-29..2026-08-31, then filtered to exact-window updatedAt, then enriched per-repo via gh pr list / gh issue list. One issue (ai-mktpl#40) fell outside the per-repo gh issue list -L 300 page in ai-mktpl and was recovered from the search results; it is included above.
CI failures: repos/{owner}/{repo}/actions/runs?created=2026-08-30..2026-08-31, filtered to failure / timed_out / startup_failure conclusions within the exact window. 38 failed runs found. Failing job/step names were resolved via the runs' /jobs endpoint for the representative run of each distinct failure pattern.
Branch create/delete ordering caveat: several branches show a delete before a create in the same day. This is genuine — Renovate and the bump automation reuse fixed branch names (renovate/all-patch, bump-*), so the same name is deleted at merge and recreated later. The events API reports each occurrence separately; it is not a data error.
Body-size trimming: GitHub caps issue bodies at 65,536 characters. To fit, the 43 identical .org digest commits and the 17 homebrew-devsetupcheck failures are rendered as inline linked lists inside <details> rather than full tables, and main is shown unlinked. No data was dropped.
Data gaps: no rate limiting was encountered; no repository returned 404 or was skipped. The gh api user endpoint is not accessible to this token (403, "Resource not accessible by integration"), which had no effect on the data above. PR "commits" counts were not collected — the commits JSON field errors for this token — so PR sizes are reported as additions/deletions only.
