- Manifest refresh: Updates the pinned release, URLs, checksums, locale metadata, and version manifest to the community's 0.9.6 files.
- Runner alias: Preserves the existing
nub/nubxentries and keepsnubrmapped to its ownbin\nubr.exestub. - Manual verification: Updates the README's install and Windows Sandbox paths to 0.9.6.
Both downloaded archives match their manifest checksums and contain the required executables. The Windows x64 install and smoke job passed; its output confirms nubr runner dispatch. ARM64 archive contents were checked, but ARM64 execution was not exercised.

Winget's community bump to 0.9.6 (microsoft/winget-pkgs#445042) carried the two aliases forward and not
nubr, so the fixture moves to 0.9.6 with the same shape as 0.9.5: the community'snubandnubxentries as they are, andnubron its ownbin\nubr.exe. The locale and version manifests are the merged 0.9.6 files byte for byte. The validate workflow run on this PR is the proof cited in the winget PR for 0.9.6.
