improve error logs in journald reader

- Resolve merge conflicts in container.go, flags.go, and go.mod

- Updated docker version from v28.0.0 to v27.4.0 (upstream)
- Updated cilium/ebpf from v0.19.0 to v0.20.0 (upstream)
- Reorder dependencies alphabetically
- Move nudgebee/logparser to correct position in require section
- Promote google/uuid, hashicorp/golang-lru to direct dependencies
- Add missing k8s.io packages as direct dependencies
- Update indirect dependency versions
