Brings the test perspective documents in line with the tests that PR #114 added or changed. Test bodies are unchanged; only Case IDs and @see comments are added to the tests.

Changes

• Add perspectives for template resolution and branch sanitizing on POSIX and Windows (src/worktreePath-test.md, S1 to S3, TC-001 to TC-025)
• Add sections for the other tests from PR feat: suggest worktree paths and create them from Branch Cleanup #114: the Create Worktree action in Branch Cleanup, the suggested path in the ref menu, webview state and wiring, host-side settings, the configuration change handler and message routing
• Fix two entries left inconsistent by PR feat: suggest worktree paths and create them from Branch Cleanup #114: TC-417 now describes the viewState key and setting count it checks, and the removed web/utils.ts section points to its successor
• Tag the covered tests with their Case IDs and @see comments
• List the Windows cases that were not covered yet (UNC paths, the drive directory filter, a bare ~) as follow-ups; the stacked PR adds them
• Update the shard manifests and regenerate INDEX.md (625 sections, 3742 cases)
