Summary

Background flows can't wait for a contact's reply, so they run from start to finish in one go without interrupting other flows. The old layers icon didn't say anything about that. A fast-forward icon shows a flow that runs straight through.

Changes

• components/src/Icons.ts: flow_background now maps to the figma pack's fast-forward instead of layers-two-01.
• components/static/svg/index.svg: regenerated sprite. It adds fast-forward and drops layers-two-01, which nothing else used.

Test plan

• bun run test:fast in the components devcontainer. One screenshot test failed on a hover tooltip in temba-contact-details and passed on rerun; it doesn't involve this icon.
• Checked the icon in the flow editor header for a background flow in the dev stack.

Review summary

The change is correct. fast-forward.svg is in the figma pack, the regenerated sprite has id="fast-forward", and nothing else references layers-two-01 (I searched TS, Python, templates and the sprite), so dropping it from the sprite is safe. The fingerprint was bumped, so browsers will fetch the new sprite instead of a cached one.

I found no correctness, security or performance problems.

Minor points:

• Test coverage: FlowList.ts is the only place that uses Icon.flow_background, and no screenshot or unit test renders a background flow's icon. A regression here would go unnoticed. That's not a blocker for an icon swap.
• PR description: the Before/After screenshots table still says _(pasting)_.
