Updates for Summer Semester 2026

Made the following changes:

• Updated the development environment to the latest base image for summer '26
• Upgraded the Python dependence to avoid vulnerabilities
• Removed the Query and Action code because it was confusing students because it's not part of this homework
• Fixed the imports in factories.py to be more specific
• Added a customer Faker provider to provide pet names
