I'm a bit confused. This looks like you are trying to work around a compatiblity issue with emulators. CWD is always the binary path on real hardware and vanilla PPSSPP implement this. Wouldn't it be better to raise this as an issue with developers of your "launcher"? |

Adds PSP startup fallback path detection for launchers such as RetroArch iOS, where getcwd() may not be the EBOOT directory. Also adds basedir as a filesystem search path before basedir/nzp so flat homebrew layouts can resolve gfx/palette.lmp.
