Add ability to run tests directly from docco generated files

For a project that has [docco](https://github.com/jashkenas/docco) generated documentation (for example https://github.com/o2platform/fluentnode/issues/15) find a way to easily execute the mocha tests (maybe by adding an execute button next to the code)
