feat: polish HotCRM demo surfaces

• curate the account and opportunity seed data into a coherent active sales story
• simplify account and campaign grids and focus the sales kanban on open work
• turn the campaign calendar into a month-long marketing narrative
• make sales dashboard KPIs visible earlier and keep seed integrity tests semantic
