[REFACTOR] Stage 2 processing & tests
Description:
Update stage2 processing with
oceanarray/stage2.pyand testing intests/test_stage2.py.To create a realistic data file for testing, also added
oceanarray/generate_test_data.pywhich runs ondata/test_data.cnvto createdata/test_data_raw.nc.Checklist:
pytestto check that all tests pass.pre-commit run --all-filesto lint and format the code.
