Improve the
READMEonboarding flow by explaining what PowerContext is, why it matters, and how it performs before presenting setup instructions (Quick Start).What changes are included in this PR?
Reordered the existing Quick Start section in the English, Chinese, and Japanese READMEs so it appears after the product overview, rationale, and proof sections, and before Agent integration. The Quick Start content itself is unchanged. No code, API, configuration, or migration changes are included.
Are there any user-facing changes?
Yes. Readers now understand the product's purpose and value before reaching the setup instructions. There are no runtime behavior changes or breaking changes.
How was this change tested?
Verified the section order in all three READMEs.
Confirmed that the Quick Start block and all other content are unchanged apart from relocation.
No code tests were required for this documentation-only change.
