Description

Points the clone URL in the nos-utils docs at the oceanmodeling GitHub org, for the move of nos-utils and nos-workflow from mansurjisan to oceanmodeling.

  • docs/contributing.rst and docs/installation.rst: git clone https://github.com/oceanmodeling/nos-utils.git.

These were the only references to the old owner in the repository. Merge after nos-utils has been transferred, so the URL resolves. The paired nos-workflow change (its submodule URL, the Jenkins API URLs and its docs) is a separate PR in nos-workflow.

Type of change

  • Maintenance (refactor, cleanup, CI, comments)

Change characteristics

  • Changes outputs (values, COMOUT files or names, archives)? NO
  • Breaking change to existing functionality? NO (documentation only)
  • Requires a nos-utils submodule bump (nos-workflow) or a paired nos-workflow change (nos-utils)? NO bump needed; the paired nos-workflow URL change is separate and independent of this commit
  • Requires new or regenerated fix files on the machine? NO
  • Requires a re-prep or a new hotstart before the next cycle? NO
  • Machines affected: none

How has this been tested?

  • Documentation only; no code changes. git grep -i mansurjisan on this branch finds nothing.

Checklist

  • Dependent PRs merged and published (nos-utils before any submodule bump): merge after the repository transfer
  • pytest suite passes (no code changes)
  • Existing operational behavior preserved, or the change is called out above
  • No edits to a shared FIXofs while it is cycling
  • Self-review done; yaml comments and docstrings updated where behavior changed
  • No markdown files added to the repo
