Version bump for 6.2.15 (pyproject.toml + uv.lock only).
Includes #508 (ISSUE-167: external bearer tokens are no longer re-minted as the client's user on a 401), #509 (ISSUE-154/158/159/85: cascadedDelete, archive_project/archive_collection, solution-port wrappers, governance definition list, tracker clean-up) and #510 (tracker: 13 Egeria-side issues closed after re-test).
Behaviour changes:
cascade=Truedeletes now really cascade (pyegeria sends Egeria'scascadedDeletefield).set_bearer_tokenis no longer silently replaced by one minted for the client's own user after a 401.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
