- Add focused Go dispatcher parity probes for raw, production, compact, forest, incremental, and included-ranges routes against locked C digests. - Document the N31j blocker evidence, live dispatcher arms, corpus gap, and retirement requirements to keep unsupported production changes from landing. - Add paired retry diagnostics and an environment switch to compare accepted-error merge retry with the bypassed path.
