- Add Doxygen probes for raw and production trees across registered fixtures and historical rewrite triggers. - Add route tracing for compact, forest, and incremental parsing to verify digest consistency and fallback behavior. - Add optional cgo parity coverage against locked C deep digests for Doxygen witnesses. - Document the normalization blocker evidence and retain the live dispatcher arm until parity improves.
