- Add a cgo parity probe for Templ raw, production, compact, forest, incremental, and locked-C routes. - Record route digests, divergences, rewrite counts, fallback reasons, and remaining error mismatches to preserve blocker evidence. - Document the authenticated A0 receipt, unavailable real corpus, and criteria that block dispatch.templ retirement. - Guard the receipt markers and record the no-go status in the changelog.
