- Add a focused parity receipt for two source-hashed Perl witnesses across all parser routes. - Record artifact identities, route digests, dispatch counts, and Docker evidence for reproducibility. - Keep dispatch.perl live because raw trees diverge, the corpus lock is absent, and scanner reuse is unsupported. - Document the evidence and criteria required before retiring the compatibility arm.
