Summary

  • Record the TypeScript normalization receipt on main commit ab84e80.
  • Keep dispatch.typescript live.
  • Add exact route and artifact identities to the changelog, test guard, and retirement plan.

Decision

Status: KEEP LIVE / NO-GO.

The tracked witness still needs 15 production rewrites and 10 incremental rewrites. Compact parsing retains scheduler-frontier fallbacks.

The cap-one typed-arrow diagnostic still diverges at /program. Go reports an error, while locked C does not.

The authenticated TypeScript and TypeScript JSX (TSX) corpora remain unavailable. The corpus source lock also remains unavailable.

This change modifies no parser or registry behavior.

Verification

  • Ran the focused TypeScript Docker guard with one CPU and 8 GiB memory.
  • Used GOMAXPROCS=1, GOFLAGS=-p=1, one worker, and a 20-minute timeout.
  • Verified raw, production, compact, forest, incremental, and locked-C route identities.
  • Verified scanner reuse, artifact hashes, formatting, and the document guard.

- Record TypeScript current-main follow-up at base ab84e80 in CHANGELOG.
- Add test markers for new route hashes and status strings.
- Document KEEP LIVE / NO-GO status in root-normalization-retirement.md.
- Log Docker gate execution, witness digests, rewrite counts, and reuse metrics.
- Note compact fallbacks and out-of-profile diagnostic divergence.
- Define five conditions to reopen dispatcher retirement.
