This is the repository for the exercise lecture of the module "AI II: Foundations of Machhine Learning" at the University of Rostock. There are two ways to execute the material:
- Download and execute everything locally on your own laptop.
- Execute the material with Binder.
For the first variant there are the following requirements:
- Python and the required packages installed
- Jupyter notebook/lab installed
We would recommend to install all of the above mentioned software via Anaconda (see https://www.anaconda.com/ for further installation instructions).
Additionally, you can execute the whole repository via Binder (without installing anything):
This option doesn't require any further installations on your local system. BUT, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PYTHON SCRIPTS ARE EXECUTED ON A THIRD PARTY SERVER AND THEREFORE THE PERFORMANCE CAN VARY WITHIN AND ACROSS SESSIONS.
Therefore, we always suggest you to use a local installation on your device over executing it online (within your browser) via the Binder service.
